Models Own Pastel Pink and Models Own Blue Sparkle

This post contains the last two polishes from my Models Own Haul.
First one is Models Own Pastel Pink, my least favourite of the bunch. I tried ordering pastel colors for a change, but I'm still not sold on pinks and girly colors.
The pics are three coats with no top coat.




Next one is Models Own Blue Sparkle.
I applied on one finger over Pastel Pink to give you an idea of what it looks like.
I bought it to try and use it to franken something like a blue version of China Glaze Fortune Teller, but I still haven't tried to.



That's all the Models Own I own (heh XD), I really hope the sun is going to come out of the clouds soon, or I won't be able to post new stuff for a while.

Models Own Lilac Dream

Up next is Models Own Lilac Dream.
I don't really like how this looks against my skin, so I don't see myself wearing it for a proper mani too soon.

Models Own Green Tea

Next up in my Models Own swatch fest is Green Tea.
It's a bright light green that dries satiny matte.
The pics are 3 coats with no top coat on index and pinky, Seche Vite on middle and Essie Matte About You on ring finger. Essie MAY didn't make that much of a difference, but it did dull the satiny effect this polish has.

Lo smalto Models Own di oggi è Green Tea.
E' un verde acceso non molto scuro e quando si asciuga rimane in un finish che è un misto tra il satinato e il matte, ovvero l'opaco.
Nelle foto ho giocato un pò per vedere come cambiava applicandoci un top coat lucido, Seche Vite, e uno matte, Essie Matte About You.

Models Own Champagne

Hi again, today I have swatches of Models Own Champagne to show you. This is three coats and no top coat.
I really like this kind of shade, and Champagne reminds me of one of my favourite polishes, Chanel Kaleidoscope, except this has a more pink shimmer and veers more towards gold.

Models Own Misty Grey

Tra i nuovi smalti che mi sono arrivati dall'ordine Models Own quello che ho voluto provare per primo è stato Misty Grey, un grigio chiaro. L'applicazione è stata semplice, la formula dello smalto è di discreta qualità, ma tende ad addensarsi.

Among the new polishes from my Models Own haul Misty Grey was the one I was most excited to try, so I did.
Application was good, the formula was decent but tended to clump.





Un piccolo extra: testimonianza della nevicata su Roma e dintorni di ieri!
A little bonus: testimony of the snow that yesterday fell on Rome! Second time I ever woke up to snow in my town. :)

Il pacco nero, la carta velina viola e la busta nera che conteneva i dettagli dell'ordine mi sono davvero piaciuti. Un tocco di personalità molto carino.
